About the founder and president of Sunrise Realty and Financing:

Gezhi Weng was born in Beijing, China. She graduated from Beijing University, which is the most prestigous university in China, obtaining an undergraduate degree first and then a masters degree in nuclear physics later. She came to the United States in 1986 and obtained a PhD in biophysics. For several years, she worked for biotech companies doing research and product development. In 2003, she became interested in real estate and two years later founded Sunrise Reality and Financing. Her technical background and training gives her an advantage in understanding and analyzing the real estate market. Since 2003, Dr. Gezhi Weng has been helping clients finance houses and purchase or sell their homes.
